Free delivery (for location listed)
Delivery fees for general slot already included in the flower price, hence free delivery for all orders, general delivery time is between 11.30am - 5.30pm daily.
Free delivery location: Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, Puchong, Putra Jaya, Sepang (Cyberjaya, Kota Warisan, KLIA etc), Dengkil, Nilai
If you want to have a specific time arrival (approx +- 30 minutes) for example early morning, or certain time (around 3pm); etc, additional RM20 occurs. You may order manually via whatsapp for specific delivery time request.
Delivery are based by poscode zone.
Our Delivery Area encompasses almost all of the areas within Klang Valley, Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya and most part of Selangor (Please note that some of the areas will required additional delivery charges) including Petaling Jaya, Subang, Klang, Shah Alam, Cyberjaya, Dengkil etc. Please refer to Delivery Area chart below for delivery availability and applicable charges, if any.

2. Delivery for areas out of our free delivery coverage, a minimum fee beginning from RM25.00 will be charge according to the area (however, ordered must be done via chat for out of delivery area)
Delivery Time
All orders received before 11:00 am (Monday – Saturday) will be arranged for delivery within the same working day of the selected date. (11 am – 5.30 pm)
For orders received after 11:00 am (Monday – Friday), it will depend on our operational availability. We might possible be able to arrange for same day delivery, otherwise, it will be made the next day onwards (we will contact you for date arrangements)
It is advisable to order at least 1 day earlier, and for peak season such as Valentine Day, Mothers Day, Teachers Day at least 1 week to 3 days in advance.

Weekend; Public Holiday Delivery
Orders received on Saturday after 11:00 pm, Sunday and Public Holiday will be processed for delivery on the next working day. Otherwise, confirmed and agreed via whatsapp/whatsapp call discussion.
Our operation hours are from 10:00am-6:00pm (Monday-Friday) and 10:00am-2:00pm (Saturday). Closed for public holiday. However, our customer service are available on chat, every day 9:00am-10:00pm.
Delivery during Peak Season
During the Peak / Festive Season e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Hari Raya, Christmas, Deepavali and Chinese New Year, it is advisable to place your order THREE (3) days in advance.
Due to the unusually higher demand during Peak/Festive seasons, we will try to accommodate your special time request to the best of our abilities. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date.
Delivery Practice
All orders will be delivered to the Recipient’s address submitted by the Sender but not necessarily to the named Recipient personally. Our delivery team will try their best to hand over the flowers/gifts to the named Recipient directly at the time of delivery.
Express Delivery Service | On Demand
If you need your order to be sent in a specific timing or in hurry circumstance, please contact our customer service +6011-15158710 (whatsapp call or whatsapp) for special arrangement. Deliveries fall on Sunday, public holiday or nominated timing may incur additional surcharge.
Surprise Service Upon Delivery
We are florist (flower shop) and not a surprise service provider. We are using 3rd party delivery services for delivery and our flower are not delivered by the shop owner or by our florist. We do take picture of recipient & flowers upon delivery but, if only recipients agree to be taken picture. No video, only picture.
However, if you wish for surprise services including video taking, singing Happy Birthday Song etc, extra charge started from RM20 occurs.
